FAQs for Summer Camp
When is drop-off?
Early drop off 7:30 to 8:00 am. Early drop-off must be booked prior to camp that day.
Drop off is from 8:00 to 8:30 am daily. Please ensure that your child has a book to read or is ready to practice as teachers are setting up during drop-offs.
What are the Session Times?
8:00 am – 12:00 pm
Pick-up is at 12:00 pm
Students must be picked up by 12:30; otherwise, you will be charged the aftercare fee for late pick up.
After care is 12:30 pm -2:00pm $50/day
If a student is staying for aftercare, they should bring their own lunch. Only snacks are provided by TSM (Goldfish and CapriSun).
What is the cost?
Monday - Friday - $240/student.
Early drop off $25/day/student or $120/week/student (Only in advance)
Aftercare $50/day/student or $250.00/week/student
Single day camp $65/student
What is your refund policy?
There are no refunds. If your child misses a camp. We do not give camp credit. All sales are final.
What should my child bring?
A book and their own instrument if you choose not to use the school instruments. They may also bring a water bottle to refill. We serve snacks (goldfish, animal crackers, and a CapriSun juice box). We have filtered water on-site. Should you still want to send your child with a snack and water, you may do so.
We are a nut-free facility.
How should I dress my child?
T-shirt, jeans/shorts, and a light jacket. Something that you wouldn't mind getting stains from crafts or sweaty from playing music in. Closed-toed shoes are recommended.
What is the policy for late pickup?
Campers may stay for lunch if they like. They need to be picked up by 12:30 pm at the latest and you must provide their lunch.
When are performances each week?
The performances are at the end of each session on Fridays so at 11:30 am. If you would like to attend, you are welcome to do so, but we will record each performance.
Does my child have to perform?
Yes, but unless your student signs up for a solo that week, they will perform in a group setting.
